The customer service was impeccable even when I had about a thousand questions. Very professional and highly motivated to do their job! I never had to ask twice about anything. My tax agent Zak was very understanding and walked me through every step. The receptionist Sandy was also very helpful when setting up my appointment. I was late for my appointment but they squeezed me in regardless. I will be filing my taxes with this office from now on! If you need a reliable tax service this is the place to go!

Paramount Tax seriously saved me after HR Block messed up my Solar Tax Credit, which would have resulted in me loosing out on over $9,000 had they not amended it. HR Block didn't seem to care about their error, but Paramount Tax did. I will be having my taxes filed by Paramount Tax going forward, and so will my family. Thank you so much to everyone who works there, you were very kind and understanding of my situation.
