This was my first year utilizing Paramount for tax preparation. I was very impressed with the agent, Max Warford, and the efficiency with which he handled my taxes. By my being able to email him copies of most of the important documents ahead of time, when I came in for my visit, we were able to finish the entire process in one sitting, and as I was entitled to refunds, to submit those requests online and have them acknowledged on the spot. This was very, very efficient, and I will definitely be back next year.

Max has a great eye and is an all around great guy! Very communicative and inquisitive during my onboarding process, Max listened very well. I never felt rushed, which was important to me as finding an astute tax professional has been difficult for me in recent years. While going through my LLC accounting, Max caught a minor mistake I made, corrected it and we discussed the error when we met in person.
