I worked directly with Lonnie—who helped me not only set up my LLC, but also helped me through the ins and outs of my first quarterly filing—and couldn't recommend her enough. Lonnie clearly brings abundant expertise, but what sets her apart is her patience, quick response time, and clear and kind communication style.
I have personally done all my personal taxes by myself but as a small business owner in their first year, the idea of taking on the monumental task of tax season was very daunting. I had spent quite some time inquiring around and while I wasn't very late, I only had a few months left to submit my taxes. Thankfully, Lonnie was available and she contacted me back right away and responded to all my questions and quelled my concerns. I felt more confident navigating my business taxes after our call. Communicating and sharing my documents with her was all done online which makes everything easy and convenient. Response is always timely. Great experience with Lonnie from Paramount Tax & Accounting. Very timely in response to our initial inquiry & provided helpful information from the start on how they would be able to support, along with realistic timeline expectations for filing. Smooth process with their portal and great communication throughout, they were even able to file our taxes earlier than originally thought. I'd always prefer someplace under promise and over deliver, and Paramount exceeded our expectations.
