Lonnie is just amazing. There is nothing we asked her to do that she couldn’t handle or didn’t already have a clear answer for. She is incredibly knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and always took extra time to explain things and/or give us options which way we can go. What really stands out is how responsive and reliable she is -- no matter if it was late in the evening or a weekend, she would still text us back. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. We feel very blessed to have found her and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our taxes. Highly recommend!! 10/10.... five stars 100%

My small business grew quickly last year and when tax time came around I quickly realized I was in way over my head. I found Paramount via Google search and it had very high ratings. It did not disappoint. I filled out an online questionnaire and Lonnie called me back about 90min later (ON A SUNDAY!) to answer any questions I had. She was very attentive throughout the process, prompt to answer all my questions and very reasonably priced. There is no question in my mind I saved tons of money by using Paramount, they undoubtedly knew taxes inside and out and maximized my refund. Would not only recommend, by I will be using them exclusively moving forward.
