Felicia is the Owner and Managing Partner of Paramount Tax & Bookkeeping in Katy, an accounting and tax business specialized in Income Tax Preparation, Bookkeeping, and IRS Representation.

Felicia has earned via the Enrolled Agent designation from the Department of the Treasury, a privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance.

Her years of experience in Corporate Banking, Credit Administration, Management Accounting, taxation, and Corporate trust within the financial industry enable her to solve tax issues and help customers keep their books clean and organized.

As an Accountant and Tax Professional, she also helps individuals, families, businesses and non-profit organizations navigate the complex US Tax Code and provide outstanding financial services to help customers build successful businesses.

Felicia is a member of the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and travels around the world.

She obtained her Masters in Accounting from the University of Virginia and has a Bachelor's degree from the University at Albany (SUNY).

She has about 20 years of professional experience executing leadership vision for tax strategies, M&A integration, Sarbanes Oxley implementation, business development, and process improvement.

She is determined and sedulous in assisting her Paramount clients meet their financial goals by providing timely tax-saving strategies, filings and accurate bookkeeping in compliance with all legal standards.
