We had an excellent experience at Paramount. The staff members were friendly and helpful throughout the process. We had a more complicated tax situation this year, and our preparer had the expertise and software to navigate this with ease. I’m certain that they saved us money compared to doing it ourselves with TurboTax and we will definitely use Paramount from now on.
