Absolutely recommend this team! I have done my own taxes for over 30 years, volunteered as a tax preparer through the VITA Program for over 5 years and will now never do my own taxes again. I had reached a point of frustration with the IRS and TurboTax (used to electronically file only, did not prep) and ended up 3 years behind. Courtney took care of it all and eased my mind, taking a lot of stress off me. I truly appreciate their empathy and kindness without all of the fake stuff that normally goes with it. Real people that really care.
When looking for an accountant, I had called around to various accounting firms. Most of them were unwelcoming and wouldn't allow me to have a short consult with the accountant to see if their services were the right fit for me. I feel it's important to speak with them first so I can get a feel if I want to hire them or not. This is where Courtney at Paramount Tax and Accounting comes in. She was more than happy to spend 15 minutes with me on the phone to answer some important questions. That was huge! I could tell that she cared and was really knowledgeable. I then decided to make an appointment.
During the appointment, I met with her and Bruce, the bookkeeper. I had a load of questions and got them all answered. I left there with a lot of clarity and direction.

Carolyn helped us with our taxes this year. She was excellent. She filed an extension for us, worked around our schedule, and answered all the questions we had. She was very professional and got our taxes done quickly. I also like that we could see the screen the entire time she was entering information. I would definitely recommend her and plan on going back next year!

Great location in Henderson and exceptional service! This is an addition to Paramount Central and a new location opened for customers convenience like me! I went here because the staff is fabulous. They helped me with back taxes and set up everything. They saved me costs and I received a large refund due to their knowledge. I will see you next year!
