This year was our first year to use Bruce, and HE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!!! We had heard he was great, and we had read his reviews, but he was more than that. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! His demeanor is calm and relaxed (even when discussing what can be a tense subject: taxes!) making him easy to talk to and to trust. He asks crucial questions and is exceptionally professional. I was late filing two previous years at once but they made the whole process quick and easy. I was able to complete everything online and over the phone, and they were able to answer any questions I had. Taxes suck, but they made filing them a non-issue. Will be back next year.
