Jensen was phenomenal! Her knowledge in taxes exceptional. Readily answered all questions, listened intently, guided me through the complex tax issues I am facing. Treated me with understanding and respect. I went into her office carrying a huge emotional burden and ignorance on how to navigate my tax complexities. She walked me through the plan to resolve everything, never made me feel like I was as ignorant as I truly was, and I know she is the blessing I need in my life to mitigate my tax journey. Best tax experience ever (that's saying a lot)! It's true that TurboTax seems convenient and free, and H&R block seems legit, but it's worth the small fee to come here (way cheaper than H&R block btw), and have an actual CPA look at your taxes and add $$ to your return. Plus, included in their service is 100% audit protection (you have to pay extra for that at H&R block). They know the tricks, sooooo knowledgeable, and we left with so much more than we imagined we could get. H&R block just goes off their software, and forget knowing what to expense by yourself on TurboTax. We worked with Ailsa and Emily, and you'll be lucky if you get them. Thank you so much!!

After years of working with an agent at Paramount Tax (and a horrific experience), I came back to the main offices for a last hurrah before looking elsewhere. Paramount as a whole had been good to me and my business, but that last experience with Christy was terrible. My wife and I (and partner on the phone) were treated so night-and-day different than last year it blew our minds. Jensen was our accountant this year, and just was one of the nicest and friendliest people we've ever worked with. Jensen was a little newer to the space, but had great support for the few questions that arose, and had a great desire to ensure we were well taken care of - and we were. Fantastic customer service, a desire to go above and beyond to help us, and just a great atmosphere that was lacking from the past few years. Paramount has, since my business was founded, taken care of us for our tax needs, and I've (hopefully) found a new permanent rep in Jensen. Jensen - you've kept us Paramount Tax customers as long as you're there! Thank you!

It would not be at all dramatic to say that this tax firm changed my life. I am a one woman show small business (self employed hairstylist) and with the help of Paramount, tax season has quickly turned from an absolute nightmare to just another easy breezy day. I cannot recommend coming here enough and will be a customer for life! I’m only mad I didn’t come sooner - I would have saved myself a lot headache and thousands of dollars had I used these pro’s from the get go. This year I worked with Ailsa & Todd who not only worked their accounting magic, but were also a joy to sit with during my appointment.
