Luis is the proud Founding Owner and Managing Partner of Paramount Tax & Accounting in Pembroke Pines/Miramar, Florida, specializing in national and international income tax preparation and bookkeeping for individuals, families and businesses.  He approved all three parts of the Special Enroll Agent Examination.
